gavany.com is operated by GAVANY, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

All content on gavany.com, including product descriptions, photography, graphics, logos, and design  is the exclusive property of GAVANY and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

3. Products & Orders

We make every effort to accurately represent our products, including colors, fabrics, and sizing. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings. GAVANY reserves the right to cancel or limit any order due to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be notified promptly if your order is cancelled.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors. GAVANY does not store your full credit card information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe stated at checkout. In accordance with the FTC Mail Order Rule, if no timeframe is provided, orders will ship within 30 days. If we are unable to meet that window, we will notify you and offer the option to wait, modify, or cancel your order for a full refund. GAVANY is not responsible for carrier delays or customs clearance. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged items in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery.

• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@gavany.com and we will resolve it at no cost to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, in accordance with American Arbitration Association rules. You waive the right to participate in any class action proceeding.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
